Spray Finishing

Our in-house spray finishing techniques take a plain object and transform it into a thing of beauty. After a coat of primer we run our eyes and fingers over the object to locate any blemishes in the form, we fill any dings or scratches and sand the surface until it feels smooth and consistent to the touch. Once the part is ready we apply a coat of colour. Any defects are reworked and repainted until perfect.

Colours can be custom-mixed to any provided sample or Pantone reference number, they can be made metallic or pearlescent, can be sprayed to mimic a textured finish, can be heavily matte, or given a satin sheen or can be buffed to a high polish. We primarily use acrylic paints but where a tougher finish is required, 2pac polyurethane paints are an option.
